SSCE 2020 to Begin on February 8

Yielding to demands by its outside candidates for more opportunity to finish their enlistment customs, the National Examinations Council (NECO) has reported another date for the beginning of the 2020 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE).
In a proclamation yesterday by its Head, Information and Public Relations Division, Azeez Sani, the association said the test, prior booked for February 1, 2021, would start on Monday, February 8, and end on Wednesday, March 10.
It exhorted candidates who missed a few papers in the 2020 school-based (inner) SSCE because of the #ENDSARS fights to join their outside partners in taking the assessments at assigned focuses.
The candidates were told to get to the modified assessment schedule on the chamber's site: www.neco.gov.ng.
The assertion read: "Following solicitations by candidates to be given more opportunity to finish their enrollment cycle for the 2020 SSCE (External), the National Examinations Council (NECO) has fixed new dates for the assessment."
"Hence, the assessment, which was prior planned to initiate on Monday, February 1, 2021, and end on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, will presently begin on Monday, February 8, 2021, and end on Wednesday, March 10, 2021.
"The gathering this way illuminates those candidates, who missed a few papers during the 2020 SSCE (Internal) because of the #ENDSARS fights in certain states, to observe these new dates and report for the assessment in like manner at their different assessment places to be assigned.
"All candidates are encouraged to get to the changed assessment plan on the gathering's site: www.neco.gov.ng."
