Buhari departs Abuja for London

President Muhammadu Buhari has withdrawn Abuja for London, United Kingdom, for standard clinical registration.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the president and a couple of his helpers left the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja for London at about 2.30 p.m.

Those at the air terminal to say goodbye to the president incorporated the Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Muhammed Bello, Inspector-General of Police, Muhammed Adamu, and other official helpers.

NAN reports that before withdrawing the official estate, the president had met in secret with security bosses. He guided them to fish out and squash heads of outlaws, ruffians, and their neighborhood colleagues to reestablish trust in the general public.

NAN reports that the president, who last made a trip to London for a clinical registration in May 2018, is expected back in the country during the second seven-day stretch of April 2021.
