Olamide Releases New Single "Rock"

Olamide's most recent single 'Rock' is the main single from his unreleased album 'UY Scuti' which is set to drop this June. 

Renowned Nigerian artist Olamide s most recent single "Rock" came with a music video. The track will be included on his album to be released on June 14. The 10-track project, named UY Scuti after one of the biggest known red stars.. 

"Rock" is a smooth and coquettish minimal number that stays consistent with Olamide's particular sound. It's absolutely a smooth jam you'll have rehashing again and again on your different playlists – trust us. 

The music video was directed by the skilled Nigerian producer and music video director Clarence Peters and features Soliat Bada, a popular dancer and Olamide himself. The visuals precisely depict both the exotic energy and wicked expectations passed on in the verses of the actual track. 

Speaking on his upcoming album Olamide says, ""I chose UY Scuti for the title because this project is way bigger than anything I've ever done before. "From the creativity, the amount of work that went into the project, the process, it's just a new Olamide inside me."
